Katie Sutcliffe

​Katie joined Matrix Recruitment as Recruitment Consultant in 2025. She is specialising in high-volume recruitment across the east coast. With over five years’ experience in local government in Ireland and Australia, she has worked across housing, HR, administration, and people management, bringing a solid foundation in service delivery. 

She holds a degree in History, Politics, Sociology, and Social Studies from the University of Limerick, along with training in Advanced Management and Data Analytics. Katie is passionate about matching the right people to the right roles and building strong client relationships. 

Outside of work, Katie loves travelling and discovering new cultures, always bringing back fresh perspectives to her professional world.
