Matrix Recruitment are working with our client for a fantastic opportunity for a fluent French speaker to join a well-established organisation in a customer-facing role. As a Customer Service Representative speaking French, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and work as part of the Customer Service team. In this role, you will interact with customers, handle queries, and ensure a seamless experience from order to delivery.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries about products and services via phone, email, and fax
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying concerns and offering solutions, following up to ensure resolution
- Process customer orders and contact customers to confirm missing information if needed
- Coordinate with other departments to support order completion and follow procedures for returns or replacements
- Prepare and send catalogues, samples, price quotes, and related information as required
- Contribute to ongoing team goals and complete additional tasks as assigned
- Use visual and spatial reasoning to resolve technical queries
What Are We Looking For?:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar customer service role
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and administration skills
- Excellent communication, listening, and conflict resolution abilities
- Friendly, patient, and team-oriented attitude
- Flexible and able to work occasional overtime if required
