Your New Job:
As a Production Operator, you’ll work closely with your team and report to a Shift Coordinator. You’ll be responsible for supporting seamless operations across production lines while ensuring every aspect of health, safety, and quality is adhered to. This is a shift-based role suited to those with a practical mindset and a willingness to get involved wherever needed.
This is a rotating 3 cycle shift pattern, Monday-Friday (4 month contract)
7am-3pm
3pm-11pm
11pm-7am
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Always follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality and output targets
- Accurately record relevant production data as required
- Complete daily checklists at the start of each shift and uphold housekeeping standards
- Identify and report equipment issues or process deviations promptly
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve shift goals
- Support trials and liaise with other departments when needed
- Keep work areas tidy and highlight any potential safety concerns
- Be flexible to redeploy across production areas as needed
- Take on additional duties as assigned
