Your New Job:
As a Production Operator, you’ll work closely with your team and report to a Shift Coordinator. You’ll be responsible for supporting seamless operations across production lines while ensuring every aspect of health, safety, and quality is adhered to. This is a shift-based role suited to those with a practical mindset and a willingness to get involved wherever needed.
This is a rotating 3 cycle shift pattern, Monday-Friday (4 month contract)
7am-3pm
3pm-11pm
11pm-7am
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Always follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines
Monitor production processes to maintain quality and output targets
Accurately record relevant production data as required
Complete daily checklists at the start of each shift and uphold housekeeping standards
Identify and report equipment issues or process deviations promptly
Collaborate with other team members to achieve shift goals
Support trials and liaise with other departments when needed
Keep work areas tidy and highlight any potential safety concerns
Be flexible to redeploy across production areas as needed
Take on additional duties as assigned
