Aoife Callinan

​Aoife joined Matrix Recruitment in 2025 and holds a bachelor’s degree in business, which she completed through evening study while working full-time in a sales-facing role for four years. This early experience helped her develop strong relationship-building, communication, and commercial skills, which she now applies in her role within recruitment. Aoife also has over four years of experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, bringing strong attention to detail, risk awareness, and a process-driven mindset.

Outside of work, Aoife enjoys going to the gym and occasionally takes part in running events and Hyrox competitions. In recent years, her love for baking has allowed her to create bespoke cakes for a wide range of occasions, including some wedding cakes for an extra bit of pressure! When she is not in the gym or baking, Aoife tries to travel as much as possible to explore new countries and cultures.
