Your New Job:
You’ll step into an administrative role supporting order fulfilment, handling online orders, emails, and collaborating with logistics to keep everything on track. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure orders are processed accurately and customers get the support they need.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process orders and manage inventory levels
- Respond to customer emails and resolve related issues
- Organise shipments to the UK and coordinate delivery logistics
- Work alongside the logistics team to meet delivery deadlines
- Keep accurate records and maintain regular reports
What Are We Looking For?:
- Skilled in Excel
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced team environment
