Your New Job:
As Senior Financial Accountant, you’ll support the Financial Controller and play a key role in all aspects of financial management. This hands-on position involves both operational responsibilities and strategic input while guiding the finance team and working closely with other departments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports across the organisation
Budgeting, forecasting, and tracking financial performance
Manage payroll, tax returns, fixed asset register, and internal reporting
Assist in audit activities and ensure compliance with internal controls
Drive improvements within finance and administration processes
Collaborate with teams across the business to achieve shared goals
Help maintain a culture of trust and positivity in the workplace
What Are We Looking For?:
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
3+ years working in industry.
Solid experience in financial control or management accounting
Strong analytical mindset and commercial awareness
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hands-on, team-based environment
Experience in manufacturing or agri-business is a plus
Advanced excel and system experience.
