Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Specialist to join our client based in Southeast Tipperary.

This is a 12 month contract role with a possibility of permanency. Some flexible working may apply.
Your New Job:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports accurately.
- Produce monthly management accounts to trial balance.
- Oversee accounts payable and supplier reconciliations.
- Accounts receivable, third party invoicing, and credit control.
- Complete bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Manage tax and Revenue submissions.
- Complete regular balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage weekly and monthly KPI dashboard reporting.
- Assist with audit preparation as well as in annual budgeting and reforecasting exercises.
- Provide ad hoc financial reports and occasional payroll support.
- Ad-hoc finance duties as required.
What Are We Looking For?:
- 3 years or more experience in a similar finance position.
- Accountancy qualification preferred but equal experience also considered.
- Advanced Excel.
- Experience using financial systems.
- IT proficiency and Advanced Excel.
