What You Need to Know:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established organisation. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping human resources strategy, overseeing multiple sites and developing policies and procedures from the ground up.
Your New Job:
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across various locations. You will work closely with senior leadership, utilising your expertise to set the foundation for effective HR practices. Proven experience dealing with WRC processes is required for this position.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures from inception.
- Manage HR operations across multiple sites.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks and best practices, including WRC processes.
- Provide guidance and support to leadership and employees on HR matters.
- Regularly review and update policies to maintain ongoing compliance.
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries across the organisation.
What Are We Looking For?
- Demonstrated experience in a senior HR role, with responsibility for building policies and procedures from scratch.
- Strong working knowledge of WRC processes.
- Ability to manage HR functions across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
