What you need to know
You will work as a Temporary Production Operative for a company leading Ireland’s innovation revolution in modern methods of construction. Based in their manufacturing facility in Carlow, you will support the production of high-quality timber frame and light-gauge steel components.
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in the production process
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Work across multiple tasks to achieve delivery and quality targets
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Maintain accurate records of production output and quality
What are we looking for?
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Excellent attention to detail and a “get it right first time” attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous manufacturing experience an advantage, not essential
- Good level of English
