Matrix Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Tender & Sales Operations Coordinator to join a busy and growing organisation in Kildare.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, coordinating bids and supporting sales teams with tender and proposal submissions.
This is a full-time, on-site role, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment with opportunities to develop your sales and project coordination skills.

Your new job
Key duties and responsibilities:

Identify and monitor tender and business opportunities.

Coordinate with regional teams to pursue the right bids.

Maintain an up-to-date database of all tenders, quotes, and outcomes.

Assist with preparing high-quality tender and sales submissions.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure deadlines are met.

Track outcomes and support reporting and analysis to improve future submissions.
What we are looking for:

Previous experience in tender coordination, sales support, or administrative roles.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

Confident in Microsoft Office and document management tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Familiarity with public or private sector tendering processes is a plus.
