Job description
Matrix Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our busy South West Dublin site. This role involves maintaining accurate stock levels, picking and packing orders, and supporting overall warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.

Receive, check, sort, and store incoming goods.

Conduct stock checks and cycle counts.

Operate warehouse machinery safely, including reach trucks.

Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.

Complete all documentation accurately and follow company procedures.
Experience & Skills
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or similar environment.

Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
-
Forklift licence (reach truck) and full clean driver’s license required.

Flexible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.

Team player who can also work independently.
Other Info
-
Occasional work outside normal hours and travel to other sites may be required.
