​What you need to know

You will work as a Production Planner for our client, a hugely successful and progressive manufacturing company in Kildare.

You will be responsible for all production schedules for the manufacturing of products. You will report into the Operations Manager.

Your new job:

You will get loads of hands-on experience and there will be opportunity for advancement. The role has an attractive financial package and is permanent.

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Meet shipping dates as requested by customer service.

• Update all work order statuses.

• Prepare master schedule to establish sequence and production lead times with the operation team.

• Attend daily production meetings.

• Verify formulas and batch sizes for production with Quality Control.

• Provide production schedules for Ops and Quality Control.

• Prepare purchase requisitions for raw materials and packing materials.

• Perform cycle counts, ensure inventory movements are recorded accurately.

What are we looking for?

• 3-4 years of manufacturing experience.

• Relevant degree preferably in Supply Chain Management.

• Proven track record in achieving KPIs.

• Excellent communicator.

• Proficient in Excel and experience of SAP.
