Kieran McKeown, the founder of Matrix Recruitment in 1998, has been the driving force behind the company’s growth and success for over two decades. As Managing Director, Kieran is deeply involved in shaping the strategic direction of the business while also playing an active role in recruiting senior positions within the Accountancy Recruitment team. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding Matrix Recruitment's presence, with thriving offices in Waterford, Athlone, and Carlow.
Kieran is a GCMA-qualified Accountant with over 25 years of diverse industry experience. Before founding Matrix Recruitment, he honed his expertise in financial management through pivotal roles at Bausch + Lomb, MSD, General Electric, and Henkel. This extensive background in both accounting and recruitment has equipped him with a unique perspective on the needs of both clients and candidates, allowing Matrix Recruitment to deliver exceptional service.
Beyond his professional achievements, Kieran is deeply committed to fostering a positive company culture at Matrix Recruitment, where teamwork, innovation, and integrity are valued.
