Matrix Recruitment is seeking candidates for an Operations Manager on behalf of our client, based in Dublin.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for warehouse and production operations, driving performance, efficiency, and service levels on-site.
Your New Role
Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Develop Teams – Manage, motivate, and develop warehouse and production teams to hit daily targets.

Operational Control – Oversee goods inwards, stock control, picking, packing, production, and dispatch.

Planning & Performance – Plan labour and workloads, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.

Health & Safety – Ensure full compliance with H&S standards and safe working practices.
What You Need
- 5+ years’ experience across operations, warehouse, or production management.
- Proven people leadership with a strong on-the-floor management style.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and manufacturing.
- Sector experience in distribution, warehousing or industrial supply with some production/manufacturing experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced SME environment.
