Matrix Recruitment is recruiting a Production Operator for our client within a leading manufacturing and innovation facility in Wexford.

This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out production activities including equipment set-up, blending, filling, labelling, and documentation
• Prepare all machinery and equipment prior to production to ensure smooth, safe and sanitary operation
• Operate production line machinery and support packaging activities
• Maintain equipment and work areas to the highest GMP and quality standards
• Complete final quality checks and inspections before products are dispatched
• Handle materials, ingredients, and confidential processes with accuracy and care
• Follow all internal quality systems to ensure consistent product excellence
• Work effectively as part of a team and support additional operational duties when required
Essential Criteria:
• 3+ years’ experience in a Food, Beverage, or Pharmaceutical environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence operating machinery
• Comfortable using computer systems; SAP experience is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
• Solid problem-solving abilities and good judgement
• Fork truck experience is desirable
• Secondary-level qualification or equivalent
