Matrix Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on behalf of our Pharmaceutical client based in Cork.

Your New Job:
In this HR Business Partner role, you’ll provide expert HR support while working closely with both site and HR leadership teams. You’ll take the lead on a variety of HR projects, championing a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative environment. You’ll also offer specialist support in employee and industrial relations and help drive organisational change.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders to foster a culture built on trust, respect, and high performance
Sponsor and guide organisational change initiatives
Align HR strategy with broader business objectives
Develop people plans alongside business leaders
Coach and support managers to strengthen their leadership skills
Design and implement strategic HR practices
Advise and coach leaders on HR best practices
Lead on employee and industrial relations strategies and execution
Enhance positive partnership approaches across the organisation
What Are We Looking For?:
5+ years’ experience in a HR Business Partner position
Background in employee and industrial relations strategy development and execution
Bachelor’s degree plus CIPD or a relevant Master’s qualification
Strong collaborator and communicator, confident working with all levels
Skilled at managing multiple projects
Experience resolving complex employee relations matters
Effective facilitation, negotiation, and mediation capabilities
