Are you an experienced credit controller and payroll specialist looking for your next opportunity? Join a welcoming finance team in a well-established organisation, where you'll play a vital part in managing the debtors function and payroll processes.

Your New Job:
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will oversee credit control activities and handle weekly payroll processing. You’ll be involved with various finance tasks and will work closely with both internal teams and external customers. This is a great chance to grow your experience within a collaborative office environment.

This is a permanent, on-site role working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll for approximately 50 employees using Sage software
  • Prepare documentation for the delivery of machinery
  • Post sales invoices and receipts to the Exchequer accounting system
  • Compile monthly debtors lists and issue monthly statements to customers
  • Allocate receipts and reconcile accounts
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to accounts
  • Support other tasks as required within the Accounts Department

What Are We Looking For?:

  • IPASS qualification desirable
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised, efficient, and detail-focused with figures
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues
