Your new job
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and invoice processing.
- Monitor debtor accounts and support collections with the sales team.
- Log purchase invoices, reconcile creditors' ledgers, and balance bank records.
- Maintain accurate records for audits, compliance, and reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and ad-hoc analysis.
- Assist in financial forecasting and reporting.
- Support tax compliance and liaise with auditors.
- Utilise accounting systems for efficient data entry and reporting.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with teams to align financial processes with business goals.
What are we looking for?
- Accounting Technician qualification or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CIMA).
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks to meet established deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Intact, Sage), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
