Warehouse Operator

Matrix Recruitment are currently seeking a Warehouse Operator to join a well-established team in the medical device manufacturing sector in Belfast. This is a permanent Monday – Friday day shift Position (09.00 – 17.00 - some weekend or after-hours work may be required).

Your New Job:
The successful candidate will ensure all stock and process activities are carried out correctly, safely, and in line with the clients practices, procedures, and quality system.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately check, pick, pack, and dispatch goods, and process incoming stock and returns in line with company procedures.
- Verify and record goods received, reporting discrepancies or issues promptly to supervisors.
- Maintain clear communication with all departments and uphold safe, clean, and organised storage areas.
- Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) or forklifts safely and participate in required training sessions.
What are we looking for?
- At least 2 years of warehouse experience across goods in, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control, with strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Forklift license is desirable.
- Team-oriented and adaptable, with good organisational and communication skills, able to work under pressure and on own initiative.
- Proficient with warehouse computer systems (SAP advantageous).
