Matrix Recruitment is recruiting for a Civil Supervisor (ESB CL1 & CL2 / Level E PIWC) on behalf of our Engineering client based in Co. Laois.
This is a full-time, permanent role where you’ll lead and coordinate civil works on ESB and utility infrastructure projects nationwide.
Your New Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise & coordinate on-site civil works to ESB and company standards.
• Liaise with ESB and ensure compliance with CL1 & CL2 / Level E (PIWC) authorisations.
• Manage crews, subcontractors, and plant to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
• Monitor quality, progress, and safety on-site, maintaining accurate records.
What You Need:
• ESB Authorisations CL1 & CL2 / Level E (PIWC) – essential.
• 5+ years’ experience in civil supervision within utilities or power distribution.
• Strong understanding of ESB networks and civil works requirements.
• Full Clean Driving Licence, Safe Pass, and relevant safety certs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
