What You Need to Know:
A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their senior leadership team. This is a full-time, hands-on role where you’ll professionalise and lead the entire HR function, making a real impact on operational performance and workplace culture.
Your New Job:
As HR Manager, you’ll report directly to the General Manager, playing a key role in shaping HR strategy and governance. This is not a purely administrative or transactional post—you’ll be an on-the-ground leader responsible for compliance, employee relations, workforce management, accommodation, and integration of a diverse, multilingual team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead all HR operations and ensure full compliance with employment legislation
- Manage complex, seasonal recruitment and onboarding
- Oversee accommodation standards and resolve related issues
- Support employee engagement and resolve relations matters
- Develop and implement HR governance frameworks
- Coordinate with finance for payroll
- Design training, development, and performance management systems
- Report on HR KPIs and support succession planning
- Drive a culture of fairness, inclusion, and operational excellence
What Are We Looking For?
- At least 5 years’ HR Management experience in Ireland
- Relevant Irish HR qualification (e.g. CIPD or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of employment law and WRC processes
- Proven experience with disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Experience with high-volume or seasonal workforce models is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, documentation, and compliance skills
- Calm, commercially aware, resilient, pragmatic, and approachable
