What You Need to Know:
A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their senior leadership team. This is a full-time, hands-on role where you’ll professionalise and lead the entire HR function, making a real impact on operational performance and workplace culture.
Your New Job:
As HR Manager, you’ll report directly to the General Manager, playing a key role in shaping HR strategy and governance. This is not a purely administrative or transactional post—you’ll be an on-the-ground leader responsible for compliance, employee relations, workforce management, accommodation, and integration of a diverse, multilingual team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead all HR operations and ensure full compliance with employment legislation
Manage complex, seasonal recruitment and onboarding
Oversee accommodation standards and resolve related issues
Support employee engagement and resolve relations matters
Develop and implement HR governance frameworks
Coordinate with finance for payroll
Design training, development, and performance management systems
Report on HR KPIs and support succession planning
Drive a culture of fairness, inclusion, and operational excellence
What Are We Looking For?
At least 5 years’ HR Management experience in Ireland
Relevant Irish HR qualification (e.g. CIPD or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of employment law and WRC processes
Proven experience with disciplinary and grievance procedures
Experience with high-volume or seasonal workforce models is highly desirable
Excellent communication, documentation, and compliance skills
Calm, commercially aware, resilient, pragmatic, and approachable
