Your new job
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and review of management and year-end accounts for a broad client base.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their technical development.
- Drive process improvements and implement systems to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on accounting, reporting, and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with the Partner to identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimisation.
- Ensure high standards of quality and consistency across all financial reporting outputs.
- ACA / ACCA / CPA qualified (or equivalent)
- 4+ years’ recent experience in an Irish accountancy practice
- Strong technical knowledge of Irish GAAP and tax is essential
- Experience managing people and clients
- Proficient in cloud and desktop accounting systems
- Commercially aware, organised, and relationship-driven
