Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Project Manager for our telecoms engineering client in Dublin.
You will lead the full end-to-end delivery of FTTx projects, driving quality, timelines, budgets, and customer engagement.
Your New Role
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end delivery of FTTx projects – planning, budgeting, reporting, and documentation
- Lead field & SME teams to ensure high-quality build delivery across civils, cabling and splicing.
- Customer engagement & reporting – manage expectations, lead MBR/QBR meetings, present KPIs.
- Risk, quality & performance management – monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance.
What You Need

3+ years’ experience delivering FTTx / fibre network build projects end-to-end

Experience managing field teams and subcontractors on fibre rollout projects

Strong understanding of fibre delivery (cabling, splicing and network build activities)

Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets and KPIs

Experience engaging directly with clients and presenting project updates

Strong Excel / MS Office skills; GIS tools (QGIS / ArcGIS) an advantage

Full driving licence and ability to travel to project sites across the Greater Dublin Area
