Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Project Manager for our telecoms engineering client in Dublin.
You will lead the full end-to-end delivery of FTTx projects, driving quality, timelines, budgets, and customer engagement.
Your New Role
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end delivery of FTTx projects – planning, budgeting, reporting, and documentation
- Lead field & SME teams to ensure high-quality build delivery across civils, cabling and splicing.
- Customer engagement & reporting – manage expectations, lead MBR/QBR meetings, present KPIs.
- Risk, quality & performance management – monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance.
What You Need
- 3+ years’ project management experience in FTTx rollouts with proven delivery across civils, cabling & splicing.
- Experience leading client engagement, managing expectations, and presenting project KPIs.
- Strong financial awareness with ability to produce weekly/monthly P&L reporting.
- Strong IT skills – MS Office (Excel essential); QGIS/ArcGIS an advantage.
- Experience in telecoms/engineering environments.
- Excellent communication, English language skills, and previous people management experience.
