My client in the Manufacturing industry is looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator in Tramore, Waterford.
You’ll handle admin, liaise with a multitude of stakeholders, and help with quotes, proposals, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales and design teams with administrative tasks, including preparation of quotes and proposals.
- Maintain and update CRM databases, project tracking systems, and shared files.
- Coordinate deliveries and follow up on orders with suppliers.
- Organise and manage project documentation.
- Support after-sales activities.
- Take initiative and work independently, escalating issues as necessary.
- 2–3 years’ admin/support experience.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and takes initiative.
