My client in the Public Sector is looking to hire a Front Office Receptionist for their facility in Co. Carlow.
This is a 6-9 month contract job
This role is full time onsite Mon-Fri 9-5pm
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Meet & greet onsite visitors to the facility
- Administer the security access system and issuing of swipe cards
- Provide general admin support
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage post & deliveries to the site
- Handle bookings of the meeting rooms
- Ordering of office stationery
- Admin/reception duties as required by manager.
- At least 2 years experience working in a receptionist role - essential
- Strong computer/IT skills i.e. MS Office packages
- Excellent phone manner & customer service
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English written & oral - essential
