Job description
Due to continued expansion and long-term orders, Our Dublin based client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their business.
They will be heavily involved in all commercial aspects from pre contract process right up to commercial close.
This is a permanent on-site position. Working hours is 8:30-5. Monday to Friday.
Duties and responsibilities
Analysing Sub-Contract agreements with Main Contractors
Taking on Commercial activities such as budgets, measurements, sub-contract agreements
Preparing commercial reports for internal and external review
Generating and producing the commercial reports at all aspects of the project
Act as a advisory to the Project Management team on aspects relating to contractual matters
Management of all contractual matters within company supply chain
Analyse costs, compare to budgets and issue reports in a swift manner.
What we need from you
An accredited course by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Engineers (IEI)
Strong knowledge of general contractual provisions
Ability to read and understand 3D models and drawings
Computer literacy
Written and verbal English, strong communicator
