Your New Job:
In this role, you’ll take the lead as Project Manager, collaborating with members from design, surveying, and construction. Reporting to the Head of Contracts, you’ll have a hands-on role in driving projects forward, ensuring targets are met safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll provide regular updates to senior management and help shape the successful delivery of each project.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate project activities, aligning internal resources to meet objectives

  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring all scope elements are understood

  • Maintain proactive involvement at every stage, keeping teams and clients informed

  • Facilitate decision-making and maintain accurate project records

  • Oversee the project lifecycle from pre-order to client handover and closure

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

  • Monitor project milestones, budgets, and commercial performance

  • Address issues swiftly to keep projects on track and escalate when needed

What Are We Looking For?:

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture (or related field)

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in project management

  • Strong organisational, time management, and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Familiarity with 3D modelling

  • Competence in Word, Excel, and project management software
