My client in the healthcare sector is looking to hire a Patient Experience/Complaints Officer for their facility in Naas, Co. Kildare.
This is a month to month rolling contract job!
9-5pm Mon-Fri
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
Daily monitoring of new incoming patient complaints/compliments/feedback
Managing compliments/dealing with telephone queries/typing acknowledgment letters/seeking responses
Data entry - Inputting and updating CMS
Taking minutes of meetings
Assisting in the resolution of informal complaints
Assisting in service user advocacy
Providing information for service user feedback reports
Monthly stats/KPIS
Risk Register admin support to department managers
Uploading /activation of documents
Admin support to QRPS Managers and Patient Services Manager
What are we looking for?
At least 2 years experience in a office-based customer service supervisory role - essential
Experience dealing with complaints & resolutions
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications – i.e. Word & Excel
Must be computer/IT savvy with CRM systems experience
Must be a team player
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
Must be fluent in written & oral English
