My client in the healthcare sector is looking to hire a Patient Experience/Complaints Officer for their facility in Naas, Co. Kildare.
- This is a month to month rolling contract job!
- 9-5pm Mon-Fri
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of new incoming patient complaints/compliments/feedback
- Managing compliments/dealing with telephone queries/typing acknowledgment letters/seeking responses
- Data entry - Inputting and updating CMS
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Assisting in the resolution of informal complaints
- Assisting in service user advocacy
- Providing information for service user feedback reports
- Monthly stats/KPIS
- Risk Register admin support to department managers
- Uploading /activation of documents
- Admin support to QRPS Managers and Patient Services Manager
- At least 2 years experience in a office-based customer service supervisory role - essential
- Experience dealing with complaints & resolutions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications – i.e. Word & Excel
- Must be computer/IT savvy with CRM systems experience
- Must be a team player
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in written & oral English
