Your New Job:
As an IT Manager reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll be responsible for ensuring reliable and secure system performance. You’ll lead infrastructure initiatives, solve complex technical challenges, and manage relationships with vendors. This role involves both strategic planning and practical problem-solving.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT and computer systems daily
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal IT support
  • Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network components
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including repairs and replacements
  • Implement and upgrade security measures such as antivirus and firewalls
  • Keep technical documentation current
  • Oversee IT operations and data management
  • Design, develop, and coordinate IT systems, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure data security, network access, and system backups
  • Identify and resolve emerging IT challenges
  • Conduct system audits and assess outcomes
  • Maintain cost effectiveness and manage the annual IT budget
  • Foster client relationships with a strong customer focus
  • Manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Support ISO 27001 audits and ensure compliance

What Are We Looking For?
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar IT management role
  • Strong technical management, analysis, and computer hardware/software expertise
  • Practical experience with network administration and installation
  • Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
