Matrix Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Client Services Representative to join a well-established global financial services organisation based in Dublin City.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, global business where you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality client support across a range of investment and financial products.

This is a full-time, 12-month contract position, offering a hybrid working model (4 days in the office).

Your new job
Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for client and shareholder queries received by phone, email, and online channels.
  • Investigate and resolve client issues in line with agreed service levels, ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Review daily open cases to ensure prompt follow-up and closure.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all activities are compliant with internal policies and procedures.
  • Provide functional and administrative support to internal teams, including data collection and reporting.
  • Support ongoing process improvement and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients across multiple markets.

What are we looking for?
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Previous client-facing experience within financial services is essential.
  • Knowledge of payments, investments, or transfer agency operations highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a contact centre or client service environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple queries in a busy, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; digital systems experience is an advantage.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.
