Matrix Recruitment is seeking candidates for a Construction Project Manager for our construction client, in Tipperary.

**Your role will be hybrid with regular travel to sites.**

As the Project Manager, you’ll lead construction projects from start to finish — making sure they’re delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with site teams, contractors, and clients to keep everything running smoothly..

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day running of construction projects.
• Plan and track progress to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Work with site managers and subcontractors to get the job done.
• Solve problems and keep things moving on site.
• Make sure safety and quality standards are followed.
• Build strong relationships with clients and the team.

• 5 years + experience managing construction projects.
• Good organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with teams and contractors.
• A hands-on approach and a focus on results.
