Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit an- Commercial Contracts Manager  for our client, based in the Kildare region.

You are responsible for handling contracts related to renewable energy projects.

Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:

• Lead business case modelling, contract management, and negotiation.

• Identify revenue opportunities and cost reductions through revised contracts.

• Negotiate and develop best-in-class contract structures.

• Establish a robust contract management unit in line with strategy.

• Cultivate productive relationships internally and externally.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety provisions.

• Participate in the Performance Management process.

What are we looking for?

• Third-level degree- Engineering, Finance, Science, Data Science with numerical, analytical, or financial content.

• 5-7 years of ISEM trading experience, preferably with Battery and Solar exposure.

• Essential knowledge of Power Purchase Agreements, Commercial Contracts, ISEM, and market analysis.

• Proven experience in negotiating and managing large contracts.

• Relevant experience in Renewable Energy Industry.

• Strong decision-making, team player, and communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel, including Macros and pivot tables.
