Your new job
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of HR programmes and projects across the Irish business network, including employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and culture initiatives.
- Coordinate HR activities such as meetings, events, reporting, and communication updates, ensuring actions are tracked and completed.
- Act as a liaison with external HR vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery and compliance with service level agreements.
- Maintain and update HR policies, internal portals, and documentation to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
- Prepare and deliver monthly HR reports to support business decisions and governance requirements.
- Provide operational support to HR Business Partners across key employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, performance reviews, and learning & development.
- Partner with managers to address HR queries, case management, and employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Support HR induction and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Assist with occupational health coordination, case management, and global mobility processes.
- Organise HR-led events, forums, and communications to promote a positive workplace culture and strengthen leadership engagement.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline; CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
- 2–3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a large or multinational organisation.
- Good understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about continuous learning and professional growth.
