Matrix Recruitment is seeking candidates for a Warehouse Manager for our client in the pharmaceutical sector in Wicklow.
You will lead warehouse operations in a fast-paced, GDP/GMP regulated environment, managing a team and ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient distribution of products.
Your New Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily warehouse operations – receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch.
• Lead and develop your team – recruitment, training, performance management.
• Maintain compliance with GMP/GDP standards, safety policies, and SOPs.
• Drive efficiency – improve processes, optimise inventory, resolve supply chain issues.
What You Need
• 3–5 years’ warehouse management experience, ideally in pharma/regulated industry.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of stock management systems (Sage preferred) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work beyond normal hours when required. Days role.
