What you need to know

Matrix Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Trustee Administrator for our client in the financial services sector based in Wexford (hybrid working available).

This role will assist management in maintaining a comprehensive monitoring program and conducting a wide range of administrative and monitoring activities across both Custodians and Fund Managers (including their delegates).

You will be a strong communicator, solution driven and will be proactive in your approach to work.

This is a 6-month contract role with some opportunity for extension and / or permanency.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Ensures the funds comply with regulatory and fund-specific documentation.

  • Produces of Trustee reports for funds for each period and/or year-end.

  • Assists in the preparation of reporting requirements for the Board of the Fund.

  • Assists in the investigation of pricing and other errors on the fund to satisfactory conclusion.

  • Documents breaches/errors onto the breaches register.

  • Liaises with internal and external parties on issues pertaining to the funds as required.

What are we looking for?

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in Funds or the Financial Service Sector is adventitious.

  • Financial Services Technical Skills.

  • Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
