What you need to know
I am recruiting for a Control Systems Engineer for my Louth based manufacturing client.
This position will be pivotal in the efficient and effective running of the plants central control system.
Duties and responsibilities
Responsibility for Siemens PCS7 central control systems
Act as the network owner responsible for all servers and control system software and communication
Design and programming of software for project and plant modifications as required
Carry out modifications, fault findings, PID loop set and tuning, and assistance to engineers on Control system issues
Involved in plant modifications, commissioning and signal checking
Work with Control System suppliers
What we need from you
Knowledge of Siemens PCS7 control systems
Degree in Technical Engineering background
Manufacturing background knowledge of a Production Process, exposure working with different departments
