A leading Longford based manufacturer is currently seeking a committed and driven Project Manager to join their team.

Duties and responsibilities
- Oversee and manage full project life cycle from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Develop, statements of work, and detailed plans outlining deliverables, resources, risks, and assumptions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and monitor progress using project management tools and methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive risk management and issue resolution.
- Serve as primary liaison between customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective and timely communication.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, reports, and archives.
- Manage project dependencies, critical paths, and change controls to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practices.
- Lead meetings, workshops, and project-related activities both onsite and virtually.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for project outcomes, including special assignments.
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Business field
- Two years Project Management experience, in injection molding or contract manufacturing
- Strong experience working with customers
- Experience with Smartsheet’s or similar Project information software
