Your New Job:
You’ll be responsible for developing and supervising the supply chain team, overseeing end-to-end supply chain activities such as purchasing, planning, customer service, and operations coordination. The position covers everything from daily management to strategic projects, reporting directly to senior management as specified.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and develop the supply chain department, including performance appraisals and hiring.

  • Lead the implementation of systems and processes for material and product supply.

  • Plan and schedule production to meet supply chain objectives.

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners, using regular communication to drive improvements.

  • Implement and monitor supply chain metrics to support decision-making.

  • Collaborate with other internal teams to support new product launches and demand forecasts.

  • Lead S&OP, MRP, and other supply management activities.

  • Manage customer service communications and order confirmations.

  • Supervise inventory staff, ensuring accuracy in transfers, postings, and physical counts.

  • Coordinate with other departments for accounting, reporting, and product tracking.

  • Set department policies and lead projects as needed.


What Are We Looking For?

  • Strong familiarity with production and inventory procedures

  • Understanding of demand and forecast planning

  • Solid mathematical skills

  • Effective communication in English

  • Comfortable using computer software programs
