We are currently recruiting for a Social Care Worker for our client.

This role is for 6 months duration.

The role is based in Co. Carlow

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Assessments of clients

• Case manage families and individuals

• Responsible for engaging clients to identify their individual support needs and help them engage with appropriate services

• Administration duties

What are we looking for?

• Possess National Diploma in Applied Social Care Studies awarded by QQI, or

• Possess Diploma in Social Care awarded by QQI or

• Possess Diploma in Applied Social Studies/Social Care from DIT or

• Possess BA (Ord) in Social Care Practice (minimum Level 7 QQI) or

• Possess an equivalent qualification in a related field

• Possess a full clean driving licence and have access to a car at all times for use in their work

• Report writing, organisational, interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Excellent administration and computer skills
