Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for a SME Renewal Executive for our client who isbased in Kerry.

In this position, you will be conducting market analysis and seeking the most suitable terms for SME clients. This role will suit you if you enjoy a fast-paced environment as it involves liaising with clients across the full network of branches.   

This position is based on-site. There is an attractive benefits package included as well as commission/bonus.

Your new job:
Key duties & responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis

• Ability to evaluate client requirements and provide suitable solutions that are still in line with CBI regulations

• Outlining policy covers, endorsements and exclusions to client

• Issuing documents post-renewal

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers

• Adhering to Central Bank Regulations and company policies and procedures at all times

What are we looking for?

• CIP/Grandfathered

• 3-5 years’ insurance experience

• Enjoys liaising with a variety of people

• Fast learner and adaptable

• Highly organised with great attention to detail

• Ability to work to deadlines

• IT proficient

• Good negotiation and communication skills
