Our client a services company are seeking a Senior Accounts Assistant for their office in the South East. You will report to the Financial Controller and you will be part of a small finance team.
Part-qualified candidates will be considered for this role, and part-time or contract work would be a possibility.

Manage accounts payable and receivable
Process weekly and monthly invoices, receipts, and payments
Resolve queries and credit requests with suppliers
Prepare and issue sales invoices
Manage cash flow and deal directly with customer
Prepare cash flow statements and review with Financial Controller
Reconcile all bank accounts
Submit Revenue returns
2-3 years experience of working in a busy Accounts department.
Strong knowledge of Sage.
Excellent attention to detail.
Qualified Accounting Technician would be an added bonus.
Team player, problem solver, can do attitude.
