Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage visitors, providing a friendly and informative experience.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Explain product features, specifications, and customisation options.
- Manage the full sales process, from initial contact to closing.
- Prepare and follow up on accurate quotations promptly.
- Assist with customer queries on products, pricing, and installation.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge and stay updated on new offerings.
- Record sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in a showroom environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Competent with basic computer tools, including MS Office, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
