What you need to know

We are currently recruiting for a Radiographer Clinical Specialist – Ultrasound for our client.

This role is for a 3 month duration and on a Monday-Friday rota.

The role is based in Co. Dublin.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily running of the Ultrasound Imaging service

  • Manage patient care using the utmost professional standards

  • Develop polices and procedures for the department

  • Work closely with other managers and clinicians to ensure the smooth running of the department

  • Gather and maintain excellent records of all equipment in terms of service, maintenance, deviations and downtime

 

What are we looking for?

  • Registered on the Radiography Division of the Radiographers Register maintained by the Radiographers Registration Board at CORU

  • Have 6 years full time post qualification clinical experience

  • Have a recognised postgraduate course relevant to Ultrasound (Quality & Qualifications Ireland Level 9) as recognised by the IIRRT and have no less than 4 years practical clinical experience working in the speciality

  • When appointed you must maintain annual registration on the relevant division of the Radiographers Register maintained by the Radiographers Registration Board at CORU
