Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit an- Quality Manager for our client, based in Kildare area.

Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of telecom projects, meeting business and technical standards.
  • Identify and initiate improvements for specific business and quality objectives.
  • Conduct ongoing QC checks to meet customer specifications.
  • Manage client relationships, emphasizing customer focus.
  • Lead and coach staff/contractors, ensuring project adherence and proficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Company Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental requirements.

What are we looking for?
  • Minimum 5 years telecoms experience across design/construction/quality roles.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of Telecoms methodologies and specifications.
  • Working knowledge of GIS systems, ideally ArcGIS.
  • Strong PC skills, especially in MS Office suite and Survey 123.
  • Financial awareness.
  • People management experience.
  • Ability to lead during tight schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills.
