Key duties & responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of telecom projects, meeting business and technical standards.
- Identify and initiate improvements for specific business and quality objectives.
- Conduct ongoing QC checks to meet customer specifications.
- Manage client relationships, emphasizing customer focus.
- Lead and coach staff/contractors, ensuring project adherence and proficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Company Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental requirements.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 5 years telecoms experience across design/construction/quality roles.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Telecoms methodologies and specifications.
- Working knowledge of GIS systems, ideally ArcGIS.
- Strong PC skills, especially in MS Office suite and Survey 123.
- Financial awareness.
- People management experience.
- Ability to lead during tight schedules.
- Excellent communication skills.
