This is a 12-month contract with some possibility of extension or other opportunities arising. The position offers a hybrid working model.

What you’ll be doing
- Assist in lead and supporting a growing Private Equity Fund Accounting team, managing workloads and reviewing outputs.
- Deliver accurate NAVs, valuations, and regulatory reporting to agreed deadlines.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, investors, and auditors.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to reach their potential.
- Contribute to strategic projects, including system automation and process enhancements.
- Ensure a high standard of client service while fostering a collaborative team culture.
What we’re looking for
- Professional accounting qualification with 5+ years’ post-qualified experience.
- Solid technical knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS.
- Experience in Fund Accounting/Private Equity.
- Strong people mentorship / leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with system improvement projects an advantage.
