Are you an experienced Personal Assistant/Senior Administrator?
My client, in the manufacturing sector in Co. Cavan is looking to recruit a P.A. for their facility to support the CEO, CFO & COO.
You will provide administrative assistance, diary management, scheduling appointments and travel arrangements to the management team.
This is a permanent job.
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
Scheduling meetings, taking notes, handling correspondence
Diary management/travel arrangements
Assisting in presentations
Providing admin support i.e. typing of letters/emails
Maintaining the company database and updating records/files
Liaise with various departments within the company
Liaise with external vendors/clients
Oversee office inventory supplies
Meeting with Management team and take minutes on call-Follow up on action items as needed
Other ad-hoc duties as required by Directors
What are we looking for?
At least 3 years experience in a PA/Senior Administrator role
Proficient in MS Office applications – PowerPoint essential
Experience working in a fast-paced environment/professional office
Strong customer service skills i.e. dealing with clients/visitors
Calendar/Diary management experience
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
Ability to work independently in a busy office environment
Use own initiative – think on your feet
Full clean Driving License
