I’m delighted to be partnering with my client to recruit a HR Generalist for their site in Tullamore, Co. Offaly.

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment cycle & onboarding of new employees

  • Oversee disciplinaries, grievances & performance reviews

  • Maintain policies & procedures

  • Issue contracts and maintain personnel files, HR documentation & training records

  • Manage absenteeism records, rosters & HR reporting

  • Ensure compliance, GDPR, Health & safety, internal policies

  • Promote learning, development, social events & recognition programmes

What are we looking for?

  • Must have 3+ years experience in a HR Generalist role

  • HR Qualification

  • Working knowledge of Irish Employment Law - essential

  • Experience with disciplinaries, grievances & investigations

  • Full recruitment cycle & employee onboarding

  • HR systems

  • Issuing of contracts

  • Strong communication & people skills
