I’m delighted to be partnering with my client to recruit a HR Generalist for their site in Tullamore, Co. Offaly.

Key duties & responsibilities:
Support the full recruitment cycle & onboarding of new employees
Oversee disciplinaries, grievances & performance reviews
Maintain policies & procedures
Issue contracts and maintain personnel files, HR documentation & training records
Manage absenteeism records, rosters & HR reporting
Ensure compliance, GDPR, Health & safety, internal policies
Promote learning, development, social events & recognition programmes
What are we looking for?
Must have 3+ years experience in a HR Generalist role
HR Qualification
Working knowledge of Irish Employment Law - essential
Experience with disciplinaries, grievances & investigations
Full recruitment cycle & employee onboarding
HR systems
Issuing of contracts
Strong communication & people skills
