Job description
Our Westmeath-based client is seeking a Toolmaker to join their team.
The Toolmaker will be focusing on maintaining and repairing all molds, jigs and fixtures on-site.
Please note that this vacancy is on a 4-cycle shift pattern.
Duties and responsibilities
Liaise with external contractors, suppliers and customers
Perform scheduled Tool Maintenance pre and postproduction
Supporting reactive maintenance
Incoming verification on spare tools procured
Maintenance of injection tools and jigs and fixtures
New product and equipment validation when required
What we need from you
Toolmaking qualification
Knowledge in milling, grinding, sparking and fitting
Understanding of the Injection Molding process
