What you need to know
My client, based in Tullamore, Co. Offaly, working in the Medical Device industry is looking to recruit an Operations Administrator for their facility.
You will provide administrative assistance for the day-to-day operations for the sites activities. You will work with all functions including EHS HR, Plant Manager and the Manufacturing department.
This is a permanent job with company benefits.
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
Provide admin support to Plant Manager and other departments
Cover reception duties/meet and greet clients/visitors
Operations Excellence admin activities and metrics
Assist in employee activities, social, team-building activities, training coordination & employee engagement activities
HR admin support for recruitment process and employee queries
Coordinate travel for arrangements (hotels/flights)
Organise and set up client meetings
What are we looking for?
At least 3 years office administration experience within a manufacturing environment
Interest in HR, EHS & workplace wellbeing
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
Professional phone manner, email and strong in-person communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Team-player
Strong positive attitude
