What you need to know
Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator for our Client based in Carlow

This is a Permanent Contract, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm on site

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling Service Engineers, Coordinate and schedule daily service visits for engineers, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Customer Liaison, communicate with customers to inform them of upcoming service visits, handle inquiries, and provide updates.
  • Callout Management, take calls from customers regarding service callouts and arrange for appropriate personnel to respond promptly.
  • Work Planning, anticipate upcoming work requirements and collaborate with engineers, purchasing, stores, and other relevant parties to ensure the availability of necessary parts and resources.
  • Think creatively to find solutions to scheduling and resource challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to service operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of service schedules, customer interactions, and resource allocation.
